Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Ryan Fay has been working with current and past clients with purchases and refinances for the last 13 years.  He’s helped over 1500 clients reach their financial goals by thoroughly explaining the process with details on maximizing their home as an investment integrated with their families’ future.  Ryan graduated from the University of Texas, San Antonio, in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and joined the mortgage lending industry shortly thereafter.  Ryan has worked with many of the prominent builders in San Antonio and has an extensive knowledge on the process involved with building a new home.  In 2016, Ryan was recognized as a Top 1% Mortgage Originator in the Nation.

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys traveling to new destinations.  He has mainly traveled across the west coast and is looking forward to more trips to the east coast.  He also enjoys bowling and playing pool recreationally and recently re-joined a 9-pin league in Bulverde, Texas.  He has a passion for fast cars and will often attend races in other parts of Texas throughout the year.
