Love. Everything is better when there is love.
The sky is brighter. The sun shine just feels better. Smiles are bigger and they certainly last longer.
We daydream about our future and become thankful for a million wonderful things in our lives. Chores are no longer chores and work is no longer work when they are done with love in our hearts and even better when they are done with someone we love.
Love love love! Love is freakin awesome. It’s amazing. It’s fabulous. ‘Tis sublime.
It can make a poor man rich and lost soul, found. When love calls you, follow it. You cannot control it, but true love won’t ask you to…you won’t want to. It is a thousand feelings all at once that come into your heart with a rush of ecstasy, but then soothes you with its tender mercies that coddle your most vulnerable insecurities.
It cannot be bought…it can only be given and received. It is free. It is priceless and should be cherished with every space in your heart. It is a choice that all of us have.
We choose to love and allow ourselves to be loved. It is up to you.
But when you do love, really love. You can’t half-ass it. Love with all of yourself…all of your soul. It takes work, but you won’t notice so much.
And when you are lucky enough to receive it, honor it. Treasure this magnificent gift. After all, love not appreciated will deteriorate. What a shame that would be.
