I want to share with you some of the changes I believe that the mortgage industry will see in the coming days due to the current state of things in our country. COVID-19 is making unprecedented affects to the way we live, the job market, and in turn the mortgage industry.
This video shares some of the changes you will see, what to expect, and what to do. I am in no way saying that this is not a good time to buy or sell a house. It’s just going to be different and we are all going to have to navigate it together…day by day. It is still a great time! The real estate market is still going strong! Also, some of my technical terms aren’t perfect…but I just wanted to give you the gist of what’s going on.
